Incoming Staff

We are delighted to welcome three new members of staff to the practice. Helen Saunders joins the London studio as a Graduate Landscape Architect. Emma Thompson and Laura Atkinson join the Altrincham studio as Assistant Landscape Architect and Receptionist respectively.

Helen Saunders recently graduated from the University of Sheffield with a Distinction. We met Helen at the University’s final show and were impressed by the ease with which she talked about her work. Her approach and strong illustrative skills, which are utilised to convey the thinking behind proposals, will be a considerable asset to our growing London team. Between her Degree in Landscape Architecture with Planning, and Masters in Landscape Architecture, Helen worked as an Assistant Landscape Architect at FPCR Environment and Design and a Landscape Technician and Durante Kreuk Ltd in Vancouver.

Emma Thompson is part way through her Masters in Landscape Architecture at the University of Edinburgh, and is gaining experience with us during her Year Out in Practice. Her clean graphics, sculptural style to landscape investigation, and scenic visualisations were an immediate attraction. Her work for the Landscape Institute’s Capability Brown festival competition gained an Honorable Mention and was published in “Landscape’.

Laura Atkinson joins us as a much needed Receptionist and Administrator within our ever busy Altrincham studio. Laura has a range of administrative and managerial experience across the creative industries, most recently working as Keppie Design’s Manchester Studio Manager. She is highly adept and organised, with a wonderfully calm demeanor. As Laura is most likely to greet you or pick up your call, we hope you’ll introduce yourself.

Welcome to you all.
