Our newly established studio in Leeds is situated at the heart of the city centre, within the railway station complex and walking distance to the city’s many changing districts and neighbourhoods. Our work sits within, and is helping define, many of these. Leeds is an exciting and rapidly changing city and we have chosen to grow our new studio to support that change.

About The Role

We’re seeking applications from Project Landscape Architects and Landscape Architects to work on career defining projects that will help shape the future of the city and wider region for future generations. You’ll be actively engaged in delivering exceptional city park and public realm schemes whilst also contributing to the studio culture and mentoring younger colleagues. A tight knit studio of passionate designers awaits and provides the potential for sustained career growth.

We are Landscape Architects, Urban Designers and Visualisers who help to create better futures through collective design. Our dedication to quality, in everything we do, ensures we deliver extraordinary places. You will be joining Planit at an exciting period, as we have recently opened a new rural ‘Land Lab’ studio in the Cotswolds and the new studio in Leeds. We have a great portfolio of projects at a variety of scales from region, city, and town, to block, street, square and park.

About You

You should be creative, tenacious, and have a passion for delivering high quality work. Ideally, candidates will have a minimum of 4 years post grad experience for the Project Landscape Architect role and a minimum of 2 years post grad experience for the Landscape Architect role. You will also join with the ability to guide outstanding design and present outcomes confidently to clients and consultants. A wide range of project experience in landscape design and a formidable track record in project delivery. Aside from these, you must be driven by the unique opportunity to grow a new studio, supported by a wider established practice network.


  • Landscape Architect up to £35K depending on experience
  • Project Landscape Architect up to £45 depending on experience
