I’m an experienced professional with a continually expanding range of interests within the built environment, spanning landscape design, project delivery, profile-raising, winning new work and practice management. Developing and enabling realisation of long-term, strategic initiatives is my main area of focus.

Embedding our purpose to ‘Design for all Life to Thrive in Balance’ within long-term strategy, R&D, learning and development plans, design service delivery and business operations, drives my work. I operate cross-functionally practice-wide, sitting on Strategy, Operations and Joint Boards, steering and working groups to ensure alignment and connectivity.

I’m Planit’s B Corp lead, looking to leverage business as a force for good in the world; creating more inclusive and equitable systems that benefit people and planet. Embedding interdependence and co-responsibility is a feature of my role, particularly since transitioning to employee-ownership in 2022. I’m the lead contact with the Employee Ownership Association, supporting our EO Trust Board and Co-owners’ Forum establishment.

Another facet of my work is leading the Core Team, which is responsible for delivery of essential operational services. We encompass HR, tendering, BD and marketing, communications, graphic design and photography, environmental management, quality assurance and management, compliance, H&S, accreditations and certifications.
