I am one of the three founding Directors of Planit. I have over twenty years of management experience in Private Practice, gaining particular expertise in the fields of Landscape Planning and Urban Regeneration. My past experience in international environmental consultancy provides Planit with an in-depth knowledge of environmentally sensitive development, the integration of ecology into our designs and the regeneration of brownfield sites.

I maintain direct involvement in projects and design; the benefits of my leadership, experience, and intuition permeate throughout the practice and shape our work. I have a unique ability to home in on the essential elements that set a project apart and ensure its success. Persuasive and exacting by nature I grasp each opportunity to raise expectations, matching visionary proposals with equally deliverable solutions. During 20 years in private practice, I have utilised these skills to realise lasting change through landscape-led strategic masterplans to complex city-centre regeneration schemes. I have also established myself as an accomplished landscape and urban design Expert Witness.
