Transformations
We use the power of design to realise transformational change.
We are not simply talking about the creation of products, spaces or even places… but the shaping of people’s experiences and reactions within the environments we design. Our work is the unlocking of potential within broken and neglected places; converting negative influences to opportunity through pragmatic, insightful, beautiful design.
A massive responsibility, an honour and a constant challenge.

Altrincham Town Centre
Once a dreary service road, Altrincham’s Lower Marketing is a now favourite spot to enjoy delicious home-made food from start-ups within the compact market stalls.
Poynton, Cheshire
Vinehop, a pocket wine and beer shop, recently opened in Fountains Place in Poynton. Customers seep across trestle tables to nearby roadside benches. A relaxing drink, a shout out or overdue catch up with a passing friend; all enjoyed within meters of what was a frustration-ridden, traffic-jammed junction.
Fishergate, Preston
There is the freedom to meander along and across Fishergate, Preston’s main shopping street; hopping across the road from one shop to the next, rather than being held or herded through controlled crossing points
Sadler’s Yard, NOMA, Manchester
Replacing cramped back streets and the footprint of a redundant building annex, Sadler’s Yard is now the home of the Pilcrow Pub; a bespoke community build, by the people, for the people of Manchester.
